Incorrect Shipping Information

Missing Package
If your order has not arrived within 60 days from shipment, contact us and we will review the shipment with you and provide the appropriate next step.

Refund Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you would like to request a return or exchange for another reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Custom, personalized, or final-sale items if marked as non-returnable
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our side, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution. For standard change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents.
- Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming, or heavy exercise.
- Store pieces separately in a dry, safe place when not in use.
For spiritually symbolic products, some customers also prefer to cleanse them regularly with moonlight or gentle smoke as part of their personal ritual.

- Natural Stones: Many bracelets include stones such as black obsidian, tiger’s eye, hematite, jade, amethyst, lapis lazuli, and rose quartz.
- Metal Elements: Selected products feature copper, alloy, gold-tone accents, or sterling silver details.
- Braided Cord & String: Adjustable red string and woven cords are used on several Tibetan-inspired designs.
- Handmade Variation: Because many pieces use natural stones and hand-finishing, slight differences in tone, texture, and pattern are normal.

Size Chart
Most LuckyandAura products are designed for comfortable everyday wear and many styles are adjustable.
- Adjustable string bracelets: approximately 14cm – 24cm wrist fit
- Beaded bracelets: typically around 15cm – 17cm circumference unless noted otherwise
- Standard bead size: often 8mm – 10mm depending on the product
- Rings: variant sizing may differ by product; check the selected variation before purchase
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the slightly larger fit when available. Because some items are handmade, a small size variation may occur.
