Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you would like to request a return or exchange for another reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Custom, personalized, or final-sale items if marked as non-returnable
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our side, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution. For standard change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
