Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or promotional periods.

United States: Premium Shipping – $6
Canada: Premium Shipping – $12
Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over $69.99

Estimated Delivery

United States: 7-15 business days after dispatch
Canada: 7-18 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates do not include customs delays, carrier disruptions, weekends, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. You can also track shipments at 17TRACK.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@luckyandaura.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has already been processed.

Missing Package

If your order has not arrived within 60 days from shipment, contact us and we will review the shipment with you and provide the appropriate next step.
